Agama is me, Mark. Close to twenty years building for the web, a good stretch of it running a digital agency, and most of that time spent making things hold up under real load. That turns out to be the scarce skill in AI work as well.

Demos are straightforward. The difficulty is everything after: the edge cases, the cost per call, and the moment a model returns something nobody planned for. That is the work I take on, alongside the web and Shopify development it sits on top of.

Scoping. Building. Keeping it running.

Most of the work arrives already in progress: a site that has grown awkward with age, a Shopify theme quietly fighting the business it is meant to serve, or an AI idea that needs to stop being a demo and start being a product.

I would rather fix what is there than rebuild it for the sake of it, and I will say so if that is the cheaper answer. Small jobs get the same attention as large ones, largely because there is nobody here to hand them to.
